This workshop focuses on making traditional cold-process soap using straightforward, reliable ingredients. You’ll work with oils, butters and natural additives to create a batch of soap suitable for everyday use. Guided step by step, you’ll learn the fundamentals of soap making and leave with the knowledge and confidence to make your own at home. The workshop is held in a small, hands-on setting available in Orford and Rickmansworth. – Workshops run from 1.30pm - 4.30pm – All ingredients, equipment, and guidance are provided – Tea and cake included – You’ll take home your handmade soap, with instructions to continue at home For more information, please email nicky@bare-essentials.co.uk.

Cancellation policy
The Bare Essentials Co. Workshop Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, so please read the following cancellation terms carefully. Cancellation by you • More than 14 days before the workshop: You may cancel and receive a full refund, less any non-refundable booking or payment-processing fees. • Between 14 and 7 days before the workshop: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund, or transfer your booking to another available workshop date. • Less than 7 days before the workshop: Bookings are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred as materials and preparation may already have been arranged. You may nominate someone else to attend in your place, provided you let us know in advance. • If you do not attend, or leave part-way through, no refund will be due. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if necessary, including where there are insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund of the workshop fee.
