2. OUR PRODUCTS
We take care to ensure that the information, descriptions and photographs of our products on the website are as accurate as reasonably possible.
As our products are handmade or may be made in small batches, there may be slight variations in colour, appearance, texture or fragrance between individual products.
These natural variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND USE
Please read the product description and any instructions, warnings or ingredients provided with each product before use.
Our products are intended to be used as described and should not be used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing or using a product.

4. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order will be subject to acceptance and availability.
We will send you an order confirmation after your purchase has been received.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise stated and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through the payment services available via our Wix website.
We do not store your full payment card details.
6. DELIVERY
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order and successful payment.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail.
Delivery charges start from £4.50 and the applicable charge will be shown during checkout.
We do not currently offer a standard tracked or express delivery service. If you require an alternative delivery option, please contact us at nicky@bare-essentials.co.uk before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Returns Policy explains how we deal with returns, refunds and faulty or damaged products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal-care products that have been opened or used cannot normally be returned unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
